Order Not Received?

If for any reason your order hasn't arrived in the specified time-frame on the product page or checkout page, you are eligible for a full refund & you can keep your order for free once it arrives.

Due to the vast shipping-company differences around the globe, we require a wait time of a minimum 35 days prior to refunding your payment method. That means if your order hasn't arrived for any reason within 35 days of the date of purchase, you will be refunded automatically.
